Overview
The most powerful predictor of how much you'll benefit from therapy is the degree to which you are able to make an effective therapeutic connection with your therapist. In other words, finding a good fit is really, really important. I offer strength based, resilience focused psychotherapy for children (9+), adolescents, and adults in individual and group formats. Clients can expect a thoughtful and collaborative approach to therapy that is respectful of their needs and prioritizes growth and wellness over pathology. I bring a strong trauma focus to my work, and often see clients who are dealing with post traumatic stress as a result of sexual or domestic violence, abuse, stalking, systemic violence, or loss. I also commonly work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I am trained in a wide range of therapy modalities which are tailored to meet the needs of each client, and additionally am a fully trained EMDR practitioner.

Group Therapy
Groups are powerful tools of healing. They allow us to tap into the transformative powers of community that connect us to our environments and to each other. Humans are hardwired for connection: we thrive when we feel seen and heard by others, and when we are given opportunities to be useful to those around us. Group therapy creates space for deep connection and healing through shared experience. It reminds us that we are not alone in our pain or our growth, and allows access to the collective wisdom of others who have walked similar paths. Payment Options
I currently accept several health insurance plans, including Aetna, Fideliscare, and plans with out of network benefits. I am also an approved New York State Office of Victim Services (OVS) provider. If you have been a victim of crime, please ask me about eligibility for counseling reimbursement and other services through OVS.
Individual private pay rate: $125/session
Group private pay rate: $55/session
